Sculptures 2020/2019
I am fascinated with all aspects of our built worlds. From the physical places that we inhabit and the objects we create to fill the space to the relationships we develop and foster within our everyday life; I feel a common thread of curiosity about the connections that are created throughout time. This curiosity fosters my creative exploration to develop artwork that explores potentially uncomfortable ideas and conversations. For me, art often tells a story but through these stories, we can be reminded that we should listen as often as we narrate. From these personalized thoughts and ideas, I am seeking to build my experiences and create new perspectives through a mutual understanding of open dialogue.
